When Idowaz Technologies' founder and CEO, Ernest Robinson BA, MBA, noticed a pricing and services gap in the UK marketplace economy, he embarked on a mission to fix it — offering great services at affordable prices to customers and third parties alike.
Idowaz has created technology that brings all these services together on one simple platform, reducing the cost of food delivery, taking a ride, sending a courier, making a payment, and booking home care — cooking, ironing, cleaning, gardening, and babysitting. Restaurants who partner with us see their revenue increase in real time, creating thousands of jobs in the restaurant sector and the local communities they operate in. Our drivers are paid holidays and free days, even though they're self-employed.

Idowaz was founded in the UK. Our technology centre has developed an algorithm based on a powerful routing pattern that evaluates the most efficient way of distributing orders, based on the location of restaurants, riders, and customers.
We use machine learning to help solve how long a meal will take to prepare, streamlining the delivery experience. Idowaz targets a 15-minute delivery window — meaning riders can complete more deliveries per hour and increase their earnings, restaurants are able to increase their sales, and customers get their food warm and on time.
